Monica Miller

Monica started in the summer of 2008 as the HRSDC Summer Student for The Word on the Street; we haven’t been able to get rid of her since!

A graduate of Langara College’s Publishing Program, Monica has a diversity of skills including writing and editing, print and web design, knowledge of the publishing process, and intense organizational habits. She also has a certificate in editing from SFU’s Writing and Publishing Program.

For nearly three years, Monica worked full-time as the Project Coordinator, pitching in wherever needed. In 2011, Monica will be returning to school full-time at SFU Communications and working at Rebus on a freelance basis.

When not working, you may be able to spot Monica knitting or attending bookish events around town.
